TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Commission will be due and payable upon payment receipt from Vendor. All payments will be made on a monthly basis on the 23rd day of each month.

Therefore should a vendor pay for a booking on the 26th of the month the commission will not be paid until the 23rd day of the month following. Should the 23rd day fall on a weekend or holiday then the payment will be made on the first business day following.

It is hereby agreed that Vacation Club Travel LLC hereby gives a 5 day recession period to anyone who applies for membership to the use the services and become a member of Vacation Club Travel for all travel agency services based upon the membership package purchased. Commission due to the member will be based upon the level which the member purchases.

All price quotes and bookings must go through Vacation Club Travel to qualify for commission payment and should any member go direct to any vendor they will forfeit their commission for that transaction.

In addition to the yearly set up fee you will be liable to pay $50 to the state of Florida for the annual renewal of your independent travel agent status which prices can change .

 

The state of Florida will send you a renewal notice in the mail and you will need to renew  and send back to the state  then  email or send a copy of the renewal to our office .
